Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I have never had such a pleasant experience (with any doctor) in my entire life. I have always been a very active person who truly dislikes hospitals and doctors in general. In fact, I have been told by more than one physician, "you are a terrible patient."......And I believe them.
You treated me with the highest level of respect I have ever been given by any doctor--from the very first examination all the way to the final conversation as I went under the anesthesia prior to surgery. You answered all of my questions honestly. You treated me with the same level of respect that I expect from others and strive to give back to others. You were never in too much of a rush to explain all of the options to me. That means a lot since most doctors seem to have very high opinions of themselves and no clue how to relate to patients anymore.
As one who has had this type of procedure done in the past, I am still in shock over the quick recovery, the lack of pain, the lack of any bruising what so ever, OH........not to mention .....The absolute beauty of the " new twins"! I am incredibly pleased! Not only that, but you helped me restore my belief that there must still be good folks out there who chose to become doctors, yet never lost their ability to respect, respond and relate to their patients on a very personal and yet professional level.
I simply cannot say enough about my experience with you, your staff, (especially Lisa), In general, and with the staff of St. Luke's hospital I have never had such a pleasant experience going "under the knife" so to speak in my life and I have been "under" far too many times.
I would recommend you to anyone! You are truly in a league of your own and a step (or ten or twenty) above your colleagues. Very classy, very down-to-earth, very grounded, very approachable, and very respectful. Oh, let me not forget this.......your work is truly art!!
I hope I never have to have this procedure done again, but if I do ... (or know others that do).....my research on doctors will begin and end with you."
